Metal polishing and restoration.
Engine room cleaning.
Bottom cleaning and underwater maintenance.

Descriptions of services on this website are provided for general informational purposes. Actual services, pricing, availability, and project specifications are determined by individual estimates, proposals, and written agreements.

3. Estimates and Service Agreements

Any pricing, estimates, or service descriptions displayed or communicated through this website are preliminary and subject to inspection and confirmation by Freedom Yacht.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Estimates cover only the specifically identified scope of work.
Additional labor, materials, repairs, or services not included in the original estimate may incur additional charges.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved by the customer.
Unforeseen conditions discovered during service may require additional work or revised pricing.
Project schedules and completion dates are estimates and may change due to weather, vessel access, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

A separately accepted estimate, proposal, work authorization, or service agreement may contain additional terms governing a specific project. In the event of a conflict, the applicable signed or accepted project agreement will control for that project.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers engaging Freedom Yacht for services agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding the vessel, its condition, and requested services.
Ensure Freedom Yacht has reasonable access to the vessel and the work area.
Disclose known damage, defects, previous repairs, or conditions that may affect the work.
Remove or secure valuable personal belongings and sensitive equipment before service begins.
Obtain any necessary marina, shipyard, vessel-owner, or management approvals.
Ensure the vessel is legally accessible and authorized for the requested work.

Freedom Yacht is not responsible for delays resulting from inadequate access, inaccurate information, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

5. Existing Vessel Conditions and Limitations

Yachts and marine vessels are exposed to harsh environmental conditions, including saltwater, UV exposure, oxidation, corrosion, and normal wear.

Certain conditions may not become apparent until cleaning, sanding, polishing, coating removal, or restoration work begins.

Freedom Yacht does not guarantee that pre-existing defects, deterioration, structural issues, or concealed damage will be identified before work commences.

Examples include:

Existing gelcoat or fiberglass damage.
Oxidation, staining, fading, or discoloration.
Cracks, delamination, or deterioration of teak decking.
Moisture intrusion or damage beneath decking.
Corrosion or deterioration of metal components.
Previous repairs, coatings, or improper treatments.
Concealed damage beneath painted, coated, or finished surfaces.

Unless specifically included in an accepted written estimate, repairs to underlying fiberglass, sub-deck structures, mechanical systems, or other concealed components are excluded from the agreed scope of work.

Customers will be notified when additional work is identified, where reasonably practicable.

6. Ceramic Coatings and Protective Treatments

Freedom Yacht offers professional ceramic coating and protective surface treatments, including NANOCANE products.

The performance and longevity of ceramic coatings and protective treatments depend on several factors, including:

Existing surface condition.
Preparation and application conditions.
Environmental exposure.
Maintenance practices.
Cleaning products and procedures.
Normal wear and use of the vessel.

No specific duration of protection, gloss level, or performance result is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate written warranty or agreement.

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are subject to their individual terms and conditions.

7. Website Information and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information presented on our website is accurate and current.

However, we do not warrant that all website content, service descriptions, pricing information, photographs, or other materials are complete, accurate, or free from errors.

8. Payments and Billing

Customers agree to comply with the payment terms applicable to their specific project.

Any applicable taxes, additional approved work, or other charges will be identified in the applicable documentation.

Nothing in these website terms supersedes payment obligations established under a separate accepted service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Florida law, Freedom Yacht shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or reliance upon its contents.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

For services performed on a vessel, liability and responsibility will be determined by the applicable service agreement and governing law.
